David is a graduate of Wesleyan University and holds advanced degrees in business and law from Harvard and Pennsylvania Universities. He joined UBS in 2004 after serving as General Counsel for the US Department of the Treasury, Senior Fellow at the Center for Strategic & International Studies and as member of the Council on Foreign Relations.
