UBS Investment Bank tops Thomson Reuters Extel Survey 2009 for unprecedented ninth consecutive year

UBS Investment Bank was recently voted the Leading Pan-European Brokerage firm for Equity and Equity-Linked Research for a record ninth consecutive year and increased its lead over the nearest competitor from 1.23% in 2008 to 1.56% in 2009. The Thomson Reuters Extel Survey also ranked UBS Investment Bank number one for Equity & Equity-Linked Sales for a record eighth year running and number two for Equity Trading and Execution. UBS is the only firm to be ranked in the top two across all the key disciplines of research (#1), sales (#1), execution (#2) and corporate access (#1).
