勧誘方針 − UBS証券会社
（1）勧誘の対象となる者の知識、経験及び財産の状況に照らして配慮すべき事項
・当社は、お客様の投資経験、投資目的、資力等を十分把握したうえ、お客様の意向と実情に適合した投資勧誘に努めております。
・当社は、お客様の知識、経験及び財産の状況に照らして適当と考えられる商品をお勧めいたします。
・当社は、商品をお勧めするに当たっては、お客様の知識、経験等に照らし、商品内容やリスク内容等の適切な説明に努めております。
（2）勧誘の方法及び時間帯に関し勧誘の対象となる者に配慮すべき事項
・勧誘に当たっては、常にお客様の信頼の確保を第一義とし、法令・諸規則を遵守し、お客様本位の投資勧誘に徹します。
・当社においては、法令・諸規則を遵守することはもちろん、お客様のご迷惑となる時間帯を避け、合理的な根拠に基づいて勧誘を行うよう努めております。
（3）その他勧誘の適正の確保に関する事項
・ 当社においては、金融商品取引法及び関係法令等を遵守し、適切な勧誘が行われるよう、内部管理体制の強化に努めております。
・当社においては、お客様の判断と責任において取引が行われるよう、適切な情報提供に努めております。
Solicitation Policy - UBS Securities Japan Ltd
(1) Matters that should be considered in light of knowledge, experience and asset condition of customers to be solicited
・We attempt to conduct investment solicitations matching intentions and
actual circumstances of customers fully considering investment experiences,
investment purposes, financial conditions etc. of customers.
・We recommend products to be suitable in light of knowledge, experiences
and asset conditions of customers.
・We , in recommendation of our products, attempt to properly explain details
of procedures or contents of risks etc. in light of knowledge, experiences
etc.
(2) Matters that should be considered with regard to the methods and hours of solicitation of customers
・We will, in solicitation, primarily secure confidence of customers
any time, comply with laws and regulations and devote ourselves into investment
solicitation making the principle to satisfy customers.
・We attempt to avoid hours causing customers trouble and based on reasonable
basis, not to mention compliance with laws and regulations
(3) Others matters which aim to ensure the appropriateness of solicitations
・ We attempt to enhance the internal management system so as to comply
with the Financial Instruments & Exchange Law and relevant laws etc.
and conduct appropriate solicitations.
・We attempt to supply adequate information so that trades may be implemented
under decision and responsibilities of customers.
