After conducting an extensive review of our business, we have made the decision to close our wholesale mortgage operation known as UBS Home Finance. Effective Thursday November 15, 2007, we will no longer be accepting new loan submissions for the wholesale operation
Please note that approved loan applications will be processed according to current guidelines, but must close within their rate lock period. We will be unable to extend any existing rate locks. All pipeline loans must be locked by 5:00 PM EST on November 16, and we will not be publishing pricing after this time. All questions regarding loans in process should be directed to your Wholesale Loan Coordinator.
Please note, we will continue our retail mortgage operation, UBS Mortgage, offering residential mortgage products to retail clients of UBS Wealth Management US.
